This is the latest version of the VSETT 10+ Lite and it comes with all of the same spec as the previous version and an upgraded, centre-mounted display.

LOCO are the exclusive distributor for VSETT electric scooters in Ireland.

An upgrade from the Zero 10x electric scooter is the magnificent VSETT 10+ Super 60v 25.6Ah. A cracking riding experience is delivered by 2 x 1400w motors with a choice between single or twin motor mode. Easily switch between single or dual motor mode using the DDM switch and for extra power. Activate sport mode for 2 minutes of increased power output and acceleration, available every 5 minutes riding.

From the VSETT 10+ Super, we would expect to see an achievable range per charge of about 25 miles under mixed riding conditions.

The VSETT 10+ is foldable from both the stem and handlebar quick releases. The stem folding mechanism design is exceptional with a triple locking mechanism and absolutely no wobble or creaking like the Zero 10x.

Super-smooth braking is ensured by hydraulic disc brakes front and rear as well as twin magnetic brakes braking each motor. These are either Nutt or Zoom brake sets, the manufacturer can and does install either / both.

Front and rear (hydraulic) suspension along with large 10x3 inch wheels provide maximum comfort under any driving conditions, whether you are driving on or off-road.

Front and rear lights are accompanied by integrated front and rear indicators controlled by switches in the handlebar grips. These are the best built-in indicators we have seen in an electric scooter.

The VSETT 10+ Super with a 25.6Ah LG battery has a maximum range of 99 miles per full charge. As always, unpredictable external factors can reduce maximum range. Electric Scooter Guide reviewed the 25.6Ah version and achieved a 34-mile range per charge. LOCO has tested this version under hard driving conditions and observed a range of 31–34 miles per full charge in the highest mode, dual motor, and high speed. If you'd like even more range, the VSETT 10+ has a 28Ah LG battery with an expected range per charge of about 37 miles.

Twin charging ports allow for the use of a second charger to re-charge your electric scooter quicker. Charging with the single 2.0 amp charger provided with the scooter takes 14 hours from flat to fully charged. Add a second charger when ordering your new VSETT 10+ Super and charge your electric scooter in half the time at only 7 hours.

 


Water Damage

 

Electric scooters other than the LOCO Motion Pro (which is fully waterproof) are supplied by the manufacturers as IP54 or light splash-proof and not fully waterproof. As such, the limited product warranty does not cover any potential water damage. At LOCO we offer an additional warranty cover for water damage for as little as £59, and we strongly recommend that you add this when purchasing an electric scooter. This gives you the peace of mind that if you ever end up with water damage to your scooter, any potentially expensive repairs will be free. Without this water damage cover, any water damage will render the entire product warranty void.



Warranty

Our unrivalled warranty on all scooters provides you with additional peace of mind. Our repair centre located in Dublin 15 handles all warranty repair in-house with an average turnaround time of two working days on all warranty repairs. The warranty period for VSETT electric scooters is 1 Year.

We hold stock of VSETT spare parts and tyres in our Dublin electric scooter repair centre. We also have a range of spare parts in stock for Kugoo, Xiaomi, Segway Ninebot, Zero and other brands with access to parts for all e-scooters from our trusted suppliers.

Please be aware that all electric scooters are supplied in the box and require some assembly by the user, with the required tools provided. If you need us to assemble your new scooter for you, please contact us in advance of purchase and we will let you know the assembly fee for the model you are purchasing. Only scooters picked up from us in store, or delivered in the Dublin area can be assembled by us. For scooters shipping to the rest of Ireland, the UK or EU, these are in their original packaging and must be assembled by the user.

WARRANTY

LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY
LOCO Scooters warrants the original purchaser that your Electric Scooter or e-bike shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. In line with UK consumer law, this warranty does not affect your statutory rights. The warranty lasts for the period of time specified on the product specification table. LOCO Scooters does not warrant that the operation of the Product will be uninterrupted or error-free.


REMEDIES
If an original manufacturing defect is found and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, LOCO Scooters will:

  1. Repair the Product at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts.
  2. Replace the Product with a new or refurbished product.
  3. Refund the purchase price of the Product, excluding potential shipping costs.

The choice of remedy will be at LOCO Scooters’ discretion, and repairs will be prioritized where feasible. Replacement products or parts will carry the remainder of the original warranty period or a 30-day warranty, whichever is longer. Non-original parts used for repairs will always meet the same specifications as original parts. Any associated shipping and handling charges may apply unless prohibited by applicable law.


UK WARRANTY SERVICE

At LOCO Scooters, we are committed to supporting our UK customers in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a manufacturing defect is identified during the warranty period, the following provisions apply:

  • Repair or Replacement: Should your product develop a fault, LOCO Scooters will provide a repair or replacement at no additional cost to you. This includes covering the cost of shipping replacement parts or handling repairs at our service center.

  • Parts and Repairs: In cases where minor repairs can be safely carried out by the customer or a local repair center, LOCO Scooters will ship the required parts and provide detailed instructions to assist you. This option is designed to save time and minimize inconvenience.

  • Cross-Border Repairs: If a repair must be undertaken at our service center, LOCO Scooters will arrange and manage the transportation of the product to and from our facility. We will ensure that customers are not liable for customs duties or additional fees related to cross-border shipments.

Important Information:

  • Before purchasing, please ensure you are confident performing minor adjustments (e.g., brake tightening or tyre inflation) or have access to a local repair center for routine maintenance.
  • Warranty coverage does not include consumables, wear-and-tear items, or damage caused by misuse, accidents, or water ingress (unless a water damage warranty was purchased).

RETURN GUIDELINES
To initiate a return, contact LOCO Scooters warranty support at customercare@locoscooters.co.uk to obtain a return order number. Items must meet the following conditions for return eligibility:

  • Products must be purchased directly from LOCO Scooters.
  • Products must retain their original, undamaged serial numbers.
  • Physical damage, tampering, or customization voids return eligibility.

FREE COLLECTION AND RETURN PERIOD

For 14 days after delivery, LOCO Scooters offers free collection and return for repairs. This is a goodwill gesture and not a warranty entitlement. After 14 days, collection and return services are available for €30. Customers must retain original packaging to use this service.

Note: This free service is not available for UK customers due to cross-border customs challenges.


LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
Batteries are warranted for one year or 10,000 km, whichever comes first. The warranty does not cover consumable or wear-and-tear items, including:

  • Tyres, inner tubes, brake pads, grips, paint, and rubber components.
  • Physical damage or accidental misuse.
  • Water ingress or crash damage.

Warranty coverage will be void if the product shows signs of misuse, unauthorized alterations, or improper maintenance.


WATER DAMAGE
Most electric scooters and e-bikes are not waterproof. LOCO Scooters offers an optional water damage warranty at the time of purchase (£59/year or £85/2 years). Without this warranty, water ingress voids the product warranty. The water damage warranty covers repairs only; replacement is not included.


FIRMWARE AND MAINTENANCE

  • Non-standard firmware voids the warranty and poses safety risks.
  • Routine maintenance, such as tightening bolts and adjusting brakes, is the customer’s responsibility.

REPAIRS AND SERVICING
Repairs under warranty must be conducted by LOCO Scooters or authorized partners. Unauthorized repairs void the warranty. Repairs for water-damaged products are excluded from any warranty guarantee.


SERVICE & REPAIR WARRANTY
Following any repair, LOCO Scooters provides:

  1. 30-Day Full Warranty: Covers parts and labour.
  2. Up to 11 Months: Covers parts only; labour charges apply.

This warranty excludes consumables and damage caused by misuse or water ingress. Water damage repairs are performed on a "best-effort" basis and do not carry any guarantee.

Shipping

LOCO Scooters is proud to offer shipping to England, Scotland, Northern Ireland,  and Wales. Below are the details of our shipping services:


Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery is typically 2–5 business days.
  • For remote locations, including offshore islands, delivery times may be longer.
  • If your order includes custom modifications (e.g., puncture-proof tyres), the delivery timeline may also be extended.

Order Processing:

  • Orders placed after 5 PM on weekdays or at any time over the weekend are processed the following business day (e.g., 9 AM Monday for weekend orders). The delivery timeline of 2–5 business days begins from this point.

Pricing

The shipping cost you see at checkout includes customs duty, taxes, and VAT. No additional charges will apply after checkout, giving you complete peace of mind.


Delivery Requirements

To ensure smooth delivery, we require:

  • A valid address and postcode.
  • Your email and phone number to share with our shipping partners (DPD or UPS).

For oversized items, such as electric scooters that cannot be shipped using standard couriers, we use third-party hauliers. Delivery times for these items may be slightly longer, and they may not offer the same tracking features as smaller parcels shipped with DPD or UPS. In some cases, local DPD depots may require you to collect particularly heavy items directly if their driver is unable to deliver them.


Packaging

All electric scooters and e-bikes are shipped in packaging that clearly indicates the contents. If you are purchasing an electric scooter or e-bike as a gift, you may wish to provide an alternative delivery address.


Pre-Order Items

Please note that delivery timelines for pre-order items, including electric bikes, differ from standard shipping timelines:

  • Estimated delivery times are typically provided on the product page for pre-order items.
  • If no estimated delivery time is listed, please contact us for details before placing your order.
